What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address and your message. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. If you browse the site, our hosting provider logs your IP address for security purposes.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to you, send you the newsletter, and keep the site online and free of abuse. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages: 24 months, unless we are in an active conversation. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses one essential cookie to remember your cookie-consent decision. No analytics, no ad tech, no third-party trackers. If we ever add analytics, we will give you a real opt-in.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info [at] pearlyquality [dot] hu and we will reply within 14 days.
Legal basis
We process this data under the GDPR — primarily on the basis of your consent (newsletter) and our legitimate interest (replying to your enquiry, keeping the site secure).
